Kim M. Scharf

Senior Vice President of Information Technology

Kim M. Scharf has held the position of the Senior Vice President of Information Technology for SITE Centers Corp. since April 2017. Ms. Scharf is responsible for the Company’s information technology systems and infrastructure focusing on security, governance and recovery programs to provide the Company with stable and innovative technology solutions that are aligned with strategic business objectives. Since joining the Company in 2005, Mrs. Scharf has served as Vice President of IT Enterprise Services and Senior Director of IT Enterprise Services.

Previously, Ms. Scharf held roles including Director of Quality Processes for Cole National Corp and as well as various positions within the Financial Information Systems division at The Lubrizol Corporation.

Ms. Scharf graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration, management and operations from Ursuline College in Cleveland, Ohio. Ms. Scharf is a member of DDR’s Women of Influence program as an executive steering committee member, and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

Ms. Scharf is an active member of the OpenText Leadership Advisory Council, the RealComm Advisory Council and a member of the Board of Trustees for WomenSafe, Inc. a not-for-profit domestic violence shelter and resource center.
