Mr. Fleury, President of 5G LLC, is responsible for expanding the company’s national portfolio, driving its strategic growth objectives, and building its network of relationships with the real estate markets and clients. John provides the vision and leadership to contribute to portfolio and revenue growth.

John has 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, including Madison Marquette a prestigious real estate firm out of Washington DC. John previously served as the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer of Cassidy Turley. In this role, Mr. Fleury was responsible for driving and supporting a successful expansion strategy that tripled revenue through a combination of organic growth and acquisition activities. He also contributed to an aggressive best-in-class talent recruitment and management strategy that established the firm as an industry leader.

Before his leadership position at Cassidy Turley, John held management positions as President, Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer at Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers and its predecessors: The Winbury Group, Property Company of America and National Bank of Washington, where he was a money market trader.

Mr. Fleury is a graduate of St. Louis University.
