Ilan Zachar is responsible for directing all corporate technology, strategy, and standards for Carr Properties. Ilan has consistently selected, architected, and implemented solutions for Carr Properties that have transformed the Company’s operations, uniquely balancing speed of delivery with uncompromising quality of service, all while helping us remain on the cutting edge of technology. Ilan plays a critical role in helping standardize compliance and build a strong infrastructure to accommodate Carr Properties’ growth. Prior to joining Carr Properties, Ilan served as Global Chief Information Officer for Gazit Group where he helped grow 23 shopping centers in the Southeast region of the United States to over 640 shopping centers across four continents. Ilan holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from American Continental University.
