As President, Rush guides the overall strategy and direction of RealtyCom Partners.  In addition, Rush leads the team that negotiates with telecommunications service providers on behalf of RealtyCom clients to provide the most attractive level of services, compensation and cost savings available.  Prior to joining RealtyCom, Rush held senior leadership positions with Time Warner Cable and Comcast where he led successful multifamily sales teams in Texas, California and North Carolina.  Rush also ran all sales channels for Logic/WestStar, a triple play FTTH provider in the Cayman Islands just prior to joining RealtyCom.  Prior to his career in telecommunications, Rush managed an active construction lending portfolio for Wells Fargo Bank.  Rush holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.
